Privacy Policy
How account details, enquiries and editing files are handled.
Draft for owner review. Business identity, retention periods and jurisdiction-specific terms must be confirmed before these policies are finalized.
Account and payment information
Your account uses email or Google sign-in. Payment authorization is handled by the payment provider; the studio records order, receipt and subscription status. Never send card details or passwords through our contact form.
Projects and files
The current workspace saves project state in this browser. This is not a promise of cloud backup or cross-device synchronization. Keep originals and downloaded copies separately. Clearing browser data can remove locally saved work.
Enquiries and updates
Contact requests and newsletter registrations are saved with consent. Newsletter sending is not active yet. You can request withdrawal of consent or deletion through Contact; do not include sensitive document contents.
Service providers and access
Account, enquiry and payment records are stored in Lovable Cloud. Payment providers receive the information needed to authorize payments. Account records are restricted to the appropriate signed-in user; private enquiries are not publicly readable.
Retention and requests
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Payment records may need to be retained for applicable legal obligations. The owner must confirm precise retention periods and the responsible business contact.
